This was absolutely the best facial I've ever had. CJ transformed me into a twenty something - she is truly gifted. If you haven't had oner of her signature facials, you're missing out on one of the miracles of modern life. Run, don't walk.

The service was very nice - the packages were well explained and not a hard sell. The individual facial prices are more costly than I see at other salons. I would consider a package without the products - facials only.

Sophie ,cette aimable et professionnel dame .esthéticienne et très a l'écoute de sa clientèle, est lestheticienne que je recommande a tout le monde ! Elle ne ft pas que de nettoyer le visage !! Non! Elle te fait des massages de la tête des bras,des mains des doigts particulièrement très minutieusement !!! Pendant que le masque du visage est en fonction. Elle est partout a la fois et ne lâche pas Pendant toute la séance de 2 heures!!! Jen suis sortie reposé tellement que j'aurais aimer un autre séance de 2hres avec elle !! Calme et chaleureux. Ça vaux la peine de s'offrir ce soins!Merci Sophie

Anni's facials are just divine, I floated out today after a facial/massage. Perfect pressure for the massage and facial! Anni's touch combined with all the beautiful oils and music create such a lovely ambiance :) Highly recommend the natural facelift ritual!

I had a facial and Japanese scalp treatment by Yalana. She was incredibly good at her job, the spa was clean and comfortable and I left extremely happy with the service. I’ve tried other facials in Ottawa and they are more of a relaxation treatment whereas I loved the medical approach by dilaani spa- they had a lot of machines and tools needed for a good facial & I felt I got my money’s worth. The scalp treatment was very thorough and relaxing & id definitely look into having it done again. Overall - Great place, highly recommend!

As an aesthetician myself, I’m quite selective when it comes to facials, but this treatment really impressed me. The therapist was highly skilled, with excellent technique and a very professional approach. The products felt high quality and my skin looked noticeably brighter, smoother and well hydrated afterwards. The entire experience was relaxing and done with great attention to detail. Wow! If there were 10000 star ratingit would not be not be enough! I never have facials , but my mum treated me for my birthday and I am so glad she did!. I am now going to be aI left feeling the calmest I have in a long time.
