Always a lovely experience! Thys is so warm and creates such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I booked the 60-minute personalized facial and messaged him beforehand about my skin flare-ups. He was incredibly accommodating and guided me before the appointment. During the facial, he explained every product he used and how it would benefit my skin, which I really appreciated as I'm still learning and exploring about skincare in South Africa. I love that Lisa can customize a facial to suit the needs of your skin on a particular day - my skin felt fabulously rehydrated and a whole lot less angry after a nourishing and calming treatment. Lisa always goes the extra mile with a relaxing foot (or head massage) - I always leave feeling relaxed and restored!

It’s a treat to have a facial with Lisa and she always goes the extra mile by adding a foot massage or head massage (or both!) on top of your treatment. She also carefully explains what she is doing, why and how it will feel. My skin feels fabulous!
