I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. I had my first ever massage with Emma, I needed a quick and effective help for my back as it was hurting really bad. Emma made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She explained to me, what would be done during the treatment. I left feeling so much better and pampered to the point where I didn’t want to leave! Absolutely wonderful massage with Silvia. This was my first visit and I will definitely return. I feel so happy and relaxed after my treatment! Silvia is very warm, welcoming and professional. I had my permanent brows done by Monika and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process.
