I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. She was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very professional and knew her stuff! Will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I love the fact she is so central and easy to get to. I had a Hydrafacial with Chris today and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced — he really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and professional. Chris was also so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Just a really nice, calm presence, which makes such a difference during a treatment. Absolutely fabulous! Lovely therapist called Cam. She was very attentive and made time to talk me through my skin care afterwards. I had the 90 min Japanese Head Spa. What a delight. A lovely facial, steam treatment, massage, with hair wash and deep massage. Absolutely perfect. It's several hours later and I still feel relaxed!

Cam was super friendly and very accommodating and kind about my allergies (ensured me that she’d checked and swopped out products that would suit me). Wow just wow. I have visited Meicha for a dermal fillers, micro needling and a resurfacing facial. Every time she is so lovely and given me great advice for my skin and listening to my concerns.
