I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. She was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very professional and knew her stuff! Will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I love the fact she is so central and easy to get to. Bryony is not only fabulous but is also so lovely and welcoming.. and I would 100 % highly recommend the Ultimate Rejuvenation Facial. This treatment is one of the best facials you can have and the results are so good. What I most like about Bryony is that she is only interested in offering treatments to those that want to enhance their beauty and the results are always so amazing and natural.

This was my first appointment with Eleanor for a Revive facial. Eleanor explained what she was going to do, the products she would be using and how the treatment would benefit my skin. She talked me through what she was doing whilst giving me the treatment. I had a great experience and have booked in for a course of 3 treatments.

I’ve been going to Bryony a few times now for one of the most amazing facials (Ultimate Rejuvenation Facial) that she offers. Bryony makes you feel at ease and relaxed and her knowledge of the skin and aesthetics is impeccable and what I like is that she really has your best interests at heart, with no pushing to have treatments. I personally would never consider going elsewhere as she prides herself on providing results that are so natural.

I had a Hydrafacial with Chris today and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced — he really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and professional. Chris was also so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Just a really nice, calm presence, which makes such a difference during a treatment. Absolutely fabulous! Lovely therapist called Cam. She was very attentive and made time to talk me through my skin care afterwards. I had the 90 min Japanese Head Spa. What a delight. A lovely facial, steam treatment, massage, with hair wash and deep massage. Absolutely perfect. It's several hours later and I still feel relaxed!

I had today a personalised deep cleansing treatment with Filipa (+ Gua Sha) and it was incredibly relaxing. My watch even recorded that I fell asleep for over an hour 😄 My skin felt fresh, glowing, and deeply cleansed afterwards. Highly recommend!

Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

Had another amazing appointment with Abby this evening,Abby confirmed her arrival, punctual as always, very polite & friendly, we discussed my Botox x3 areas since last visit 12 weeks ago, movement had only started about two weeks ago so she done a fabulous job! Treatment was almost totally pain free , no bruising , I’m really happy I’ve found Abby, I won’t go anywhere else now, she’s amazing at what she does, very knowledgeable, definitely not a pushy sales person , I also had a another skin tag frozen as Abby has removed several for me now with amazing results. 100% in safe hands with Abby.☺️

I saw Abby for the second time today, I had Botox for the first and Abby explained everything in detail, what happens, what to expect, what to look out for etc, Abby was amazing, very kind, considerate very knowledgeable, put any concerns I had to ease. I felt very comfortable & had complete confidence in Abby, absolutely amazed with my results, I also had some skin tags/moles removed with Abby which others have been unsuccessful at removing them but they have completely gone, over the moon with all treatments so far and will definitely be back for more.
