From beginning to end was sensational. A perfectly relaxing experience. Kait is super knowledgeable and helped me understand all the steps she took after the treatment was complete with aftercare advice. The small touches like a heated blanket and ambient lighting made everything so relaxing. I would highly recommend to anybody and was such a lovely treat for myself.

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

Would highly recommend Vicky! Not only does she make you feel super welcome and comfortable, she’s great at what she does too! Been going to her for my lashes now for several years, and recently tried her new treatments too including hydro jelly mask, LED light therapy and dermaplane facial which was lush! 😍 next to book on my list is brow lamination and microneedling! ❤️

Today I had the 'farm girl essential facial' and it was pure bliss from start to finish. The atmosphere was so calming — soft music, gentle lighting, and a relaxing scent that immediately put me at ease. Kait was incredibly professional and attentive. The facial itself was both soothing and thorough. My skin felt deeply cleansed without any irritation, and the massage portions were unbelievably relaxing. Afterward, my complexion looked brighter, smoother, and so refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this treatment to anyone in need of a little self-care!

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

From start to finish felt like I was a V.I.P client. The most beautiful clinic whilst waiting. I had my first micro needling session with Kait and she made me feel so comfortable about the process and explained everything perfectly. Meicha was friendly and welcoming, remembering my previous visit and asking about my wedding and family, which made the experience feel personal. She offered a steam cleanse before the microneedling session, and the post-treatment face mask and LED light therapy were very relaxing. I’m so pleased I was able to return for another treatment. I also love that you receive post-treatment exfoliation cleanser and recovery cream to take home. I can’t wait to see my glowy, rejuvenated skin and to come back for another treatment. Thank you!
