From beginning to end was sensational. A perfectly relaxing experience. Kait is super knowledgeable and helped me understand all the steps she took after the treatment was complete with aftercare advice. The small touches like a heated blanket and ambient lighting made everything so relaxing. I would highly recommend to anybody and was such a lovely treat for myself.

Today I had the 'farm girl essential facial' and it was pure bliss from start to finish. The atmosphere was so calming — soft music, gentle lighting, and a relaxing scent that immediately put me at ease. Kait was incredibly professional and attentive. The facial itself was both soothing and thorough. My skin felt deeply cleansed without any irritation, and the massage portions were unbelievably relaxing. Afterward, my complexion looked brighter, smoother, and so refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this treatment to anyone in need of a little self-care!

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

I visited M&M Aesthetics at Wensum Valley Golf Club, to have a couple of skin tags removed. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. The procedure was quick and easy. They even did a couple of extra tags at no extra charge 🙂

had an amazing facial with Sue today and couldn’t recommend her more. Her knowledge is incredible and she explained everything so clearly, taking the time to really understand my skin. The treatment felt completely personalised to my concerns, and I left not only glowing but feeling empowered and confident in my skin journey. I know I’m in the right hands and can’t wait to go back!
