I used to dread going to get my lashes done at other places knowing how uncomfortable it can be but but I’ve never felt more relaxed and I now look forward to my appointments!

Fantastic massage. Amy was very accommodating, I felt safe and listened to. Nothing was too much trouble. Amy checked in about the pressure of the massage. Amy did small touches to make the experience better like putting a warm towel on my back to start with. I parked on Amy’s driveway off the main road. Her beauty parlour was on a professional hut in the garden. It was not cold in there despite being a cold day.

Wiki was very friendly and talked me through what she was going to do 😊

I have been coming to Chantelle for many years now for nails, eyelash/eyebrows, facials etc and she is amazing! She is so knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, gives honest advice and generally a lovely person.
