I’ve had the most amazing Gatineau collagen facial today with Chantelle. I’ve had many facials over the years but I can honestly say my facial with Chantelle today was the best facial I have ever experienced. It was more like a facial and massaged combined……it was so relaxing, my skin is glowing! Thankyou so much

Em is absolutely amazing, knows everything about what treatment will suit you best. I have had to treatments with Em now and always have the Bespoke leave it to Em, if you need any support or advice on how to look after your skin Em is your woman. The skills Em has and trying and Time she has put in really shows, the equipment that Em has invested in is the best and the products are beautiful feel and smell amazing. I cannot recommend Em enough, do not hesitate book your treatment now!!!!

I had the Gatineau Vitamin C Facial today and it was amazing. Just when I thought it was ending, there was another relaxing step — such a lovely surprise! The whole treatment felt luxurious and unhurried, and I was so relaxed I fell asleep. Chantelle is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I’ve visited her salon many times and it’s always wonderful. The girls there make you feel comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend if you want glowing skin and pure relaxation. I can’t wait to book again!

First time in the Salon, the staff were welcoming and I was offered refreshments during my appointment. The salon is stunning and the range of treatments is great. I had Jodie for my appointment and she very professional, pleasant engaged in conversation which made my first experience in the Salon a good one. So much so I booked again. Suggestion/thought for your regular clients gong forward, how about doing a reward/stamp chart, not for a free treatment but a percentage off or even scratch cards at the end of 6 treatments to win the same.. Thank you again😁.
