A special mention to Rachael, who always takes the time to listen to what I need and adapts each treatment accordingly. Her personalised approach makes every session feel tailored to me. What I particularly love is that Gaia is a local independent business where you get consistent, personal service, unlike larger spas where you often see a different therapist every visit. Wow ! This beautiful woman has the most magical healing hands Rachel seemed to know exactly what I needed as part of my massage treatment . I have had the most amazing experience . I am honestly so glad that my sister recommended Rachel for lymphatic massage. She is truly amazing at what she does and such a lovely person. I feel like I have known her for years and talk to her about anything and everything. I am 7 months post partum and have had two c sections within 2 years. Rachel does some body contouring for me and lymphatic massage. I have noticed such a difference with the treatments I have done and I’m really happy with the results so far. My first ever fillers today. Excellent treatment from the lovely Molly. She was so kind and professional and explained the process every step of the way putting me at ease. Full of knowledge and the client really is her number one priority. The immediate result is amazing and I can't wait for any swelling to subside to see the full effect. I can truly recommend, so much so I am going back in a month for eye treatment. 10/10

So so happy with how my nose turned out! This was my first ever aesthetics treatment and Molly made me feel so comfortable throughout.
