Removed my anxieties and worries and checked in with me throughout the appointment to manage the situation with my skin and to make sure I was comfortable at every step. Samantha is a huge knowledge and skill set for all aspects of her treatments. I find although slightly uncomfortable due to the nature of my treatment. Samantha makes the skin treatment enjoyable. It’s self worth the slight pain when my skin layer looks more pulp and youthful. I highly recommend samatha and her skin treatments

I visited them on my birthday for their £90 luxury pedicure. Unfortunately, the initial treatment didn’t feel luxurious as there was no foot soak, proper foot massage, or thorough dead skin removal, and my feet still felt rough afterwards. However, I really appreciated how professionally the manager handled my concerns. They offered a discount and invited me back for additional treatment with senior technicians, after which my feet felt genuinely soft and smooth. Great customer service, but the original experience was disappointing for the price.

I always have such a great experience here. Lissy is absolutely amazing, she’s not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but she’s so warm and friendly. Every visit feels relaxed and like I’m popping in to see a friend. Which I am after having my brows done by her for so many years. And now I’m obsessed with her facial treatments. Whether it’s my brows or micro needling, I always leave feeling so happy with the results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I couldn’t recommend Lissy enough.

I came for the first time to Cardiff aesthetics and had dermaplane with chemical perl and micro needling.. The service was great and had good experience about the procedure and professionalism. My skin today feels smooth and glowing. I would recommend anyone who is looking for someone who has great knowledge of the services . The salon has a lovely atmosphere and close to my neighbourhood.

I had the most incredible experience having a facial treatment with Ceri. From start to finish the whole treatment was so relaxing. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, which made it even easier to fully switch off and enjoy the experience. It was the perfect combination of a luxury spa treatment and results-driven skincare. I could see an immediate difference afterwards - my face was much more defined and my skin had a really radiant glow. I’m officially hooked and will definitely be returning on a regular basis. I can’t recommend Ceri highly enough!

Consultation was conducted well very informative and helpful.. India was very patient and understanding to my skin needs . I was recommended products to use and suggested treatments that would benefit my skin long term .. which would be looked at after first treatment and assessed accordingly. Dr Roberta is just lovely, she is very knowledgeable and makes sure she listens to what your concerns/wants are, then tells you everything she can do to help. She didn’t try to over sell packages or products which was refreshing! Her advice was professionally based to help you get the best for you as an individual.
