I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. First time visiting and definitely not the last. Booked in for a facial, and Traci was great. Before starting, I told Traci about a neck/shoulder problem I was having , and she really made sure that I got the full benefits of the treatment without irritating my problem. It honestly was the best facial I've ever had. Afterwards Traci and Chloe both took the time to discuss further treatments to help improve my problem areas. I will definitely be returning soon to start work on them. Thank you both xx

This is my first experience of a Dermaplane facial. Absolutely amazing. I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. I had Botox and Profillo treatments with Suki after a consultation about my skin and the look I wanted to achieve. Once she completely the treatments I noticed the difference in a few days! Had a chemical peel this morning. Suki always is friendly tells me step by step what she's going to do. All products used are to the highest quality my skin is glowing always give me my after care. I had the Glow Peel Facial & Led and all im going to say is wow it was my second time and it was so amazing my face just has that beautiful glow I felt like i was relaxing in a spa with the steam on my face and the mask on when under the Led it was just so dreamy. Suki is fabulous as always i love all her facials and they make my skin feeling and looking so good.
