Always fabulous. I travel from one side of Adelaide to the other to enjoy this service as Wira is the best. The lymphatic drainage massage is particularly excellent and includes tummy time which is really lovely.

This was my second visit. Both times I had the Deluxe Clinical Hydro- dermabrasion. It is an amazing treatment. Not only is the facial beautiful but included in the treatment is a neck, shoulder and hand and arm massage which is so relaxing. Will definitely reccomend and will return again.

I recently booked a facial treatment at Elara Medispa, and this is my second visit with my Skin Specialist, Michaela. The results have been amazing! She’s been using the pH formula range on my skin, and the before-and-after photos have left me in awe. I’ve struggled with oily, congested skin and acne, but Michaela has tailored the treatments specifically for my needs. She also created a personalised home care routine that I follow. Michaela is not only incredibly skilled but also a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend her and can’t wait for even better results! 💕

I’ve been having laser treatments with Michaela and the whole process has been effortless. She explained everything clearly, was super friendly and professional, and really understood my concerns. I’ve had two treatments on my neck for hormone-related hair growth that worsened after pregnancy. Before, I shaved daily (sometimes twice), leaving my skin red and irritated. Since my first treatment, the hair growth has completely slowed down and now I only need to shave every 3–5 days, the hair is finer and less visible, and the redness is gone. Highly recommend Michaela!
