Zowie provided a thorough deep tissue massage and paid close attention to the areas that needed extra work. She spent additional time on the massage, which I appreciated, and took the time to answer my questions. The session was professional and effective, and I left feeling better afterward. Catherine has magic healing hands and explained well the treatment suitable for my stiff neck and shoulders. I feel so much lighter after the 2 hour session with her. I had a bit of everything, accupuncture, cupping, scraping, tui na massage and foot massage. What a treat but not for beginners, iykyk. Will come again when I am in London next.
