The foundational healing session I did with Ira was amazing. I went into the session with an open mind and finished it, astounded by where the journey had taken me into my memories, past and relationship with my inner child. Ira brought me to the thoughts and feelings that were hard to confront or understand. She has an incredible warmth, understanding, intuition and patience. This is the best hairdresser that I've ever been to. The salon is always spuc and span and the products used are organic . Paula who owns the salon is a qualified nutritionist and can advise her clients on many health issues. I've been going to her for many years and have never seen a dissatisfied customer ever. I highly recommend that you try her and am sure you ll never be disappointed

Meeting with Megan for a consultation about jockey nutrition/dietary needs made me feel so much more secure. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the dietary needs of an healthy jockey and realistic goals for how to improve my nutrition for best performanc. My favorite part about our consultations was how personalized Megans goals were for me and my lifestyle. The goals we set together were very manageable and she explained how the changes will impact my body for the better. To top it off, Megan is just the sweetest, most down-to-Earth person and it was a delight working with her.

I had a session with Ira a week ago and it was so, so beautiful. The Reiki was incredibly powerful—I felt an immediate shift, like a weight had been lifted off my body. We did a life mapping, which I found extremely interesting and surprisingly precise. It didn’t necessarily tell me anything completely new, but it brought everything into perspective and helped me realise what my next steps should be and what shifts I can apply right away. The whole experience felt deeply relaxing and genuinely healing. Ira has a wonderful way of making you feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease.
