I cannot recommend Luraine enough! Not only was my wax service quick and professional, but she truly saved the day by squeezing me in for a gel fill. She didn’t rush it at all, it is easily the most perfect fill-in I’ve ever had on the island. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such high quality work. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent service from start to finish. My wax was done clean, precise, and quickly without feeling rushed. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and very satisfied.

I arrived really early for my wax appointment and was warmly welcomed, was even offered a cup of tea while I waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture. When it was time for my appointment, everything went smoothly. I felt really comfortable throughout the service, and the overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend and I myself would return, matter of fact, I booked my next appointment right away!

I love visiting Nikki and the ladies when I visit Vincy! Time and again, they greet and welcome you with so much warmth, and the services provided are excellent (I have done mani/pedi, massage, and waxing). You can tell the ladies take pride in their work and ensure you are comfortable throughout your service. I felt amazing and refreshed

That was my first ever Brazilian wax, and it was a great experience. The staff was extremely welcoming and very professional from the time i entered to the time I left. I went in with the expectations of being in immense pain and was quickly proven wrong. The waxing experience itself i give 10/10. The waxer was very skilled in her waxing technique and hospitality. I felt comfortable the entire time and the pain which I rate 5/10 is a quick and dissipating pain that only lasted for 2-3 seconds after the waxing strip was removed. Overall, the Magnolia Spa gets a 10/10 rating from me.
