I’ve been doing intim wax for over a decade now - so when moving to Lisbon it was a major challenge to find a good salon with the high quality service I’m used to. After 2years, I have finally found WAXLAB, and I’ve been going there in the last few months. The wax is well-selected, the place is sterile, the beautician is professional. I would not change back to any other place in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

The salon was well kept and smelled amazing! The salon staff was very hospitable and catered to my needs. I’m from the states and had a nail horror story that ruined my plans for my previously existing manicure for my birthday. I scheduled ahead, met Barbara and was not only amazed by her tenderness and care but with how easily she grasped the concept I wanted to recreate. I’ve been going to Eilene for years now and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. She has just moved into a brand new location and it is absolutely stunning: shiny, spotless and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. She is so professional and clearly knows her stuff whether you’re coming in for a wax or a facial massage. The results are consistently great and she makes the whole process feel effortless. She is also just really warm and friendly which makes such a difference. It feels less like an appointment and more like catching up with someone you trust.
