Lovely staff, it’s so nice to come back and have the team remember you and small things you have spoken about over the months. Had to have a change of clinics due to power outage at Khandallah, as I wanted my electrolysis,lower leg wax and eyelash lift and tint prior to trip to Europe the next day, they managed to pop me into schedule at the old Bank arcade. They were very professional and kind, I was extremely pleased with my service today and happy with my holiday look.

Anna was so lovely and super helpful. I’ve really struggled to find a good lash lift in Wellington but finally found a gem. Anna was caring and talked me through it, as I have short lashes and not a heap of them. The difference is amazing! And the clinic is beautiful too.
