Great appointment never had hot wax before and it's a lot softer not gentler on the skin I feel absolutely amazing I highly recommend a visit to Rachel and just to say to people that if you're booking with a new person on freesia if you ask you when you've been to the salon before say yes because otherwise freeze your charges the owner a new customer fee which is not fair

Absolutely amazing experience! I was really anxious about having my wax done by a stranger and explained this when booking however I was reassured through every step of the process. And honestly she just came across as a warm, welcoming and lovely person, which made it impossible to be anxious anyway! Will definitely book again!

This was the best wax I’ve ever had. I’m 6 months pregnant and Alice made me feel so at ease and comfortable and made me feel all sorted and put back together again. I also opted for the vajacial which was something I’ve never heard of and it was amazing and such a calm and relaxing treatment! Not only did I book in for this I also left feeling 100x lighter and less emotional as it was also therapy. Thank you so much xx

I had my laser hair removal done by Megan and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! She was so professional throughout, but also made me feel completely at ease with her friendly personality and sense of humour – we always had a laugh during appointments which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I’m so impressed with the results over the sessions – such a noticeable difference and absolutely worth it. If you’re considering laser hair removal, Megan is definitely the person to go to!

Had such a great time getting my first Brazilian wax with Alice, I was super nervous as had a bad experience years ago. Alice put me at ease instantly and there really was minimal pain. Alice checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok. Super happy with my results and excited to book back in and book in my legs and arms too! Salon is so lovely and calming too! Thanks so much xx

Had my second laser hair removal appointment today with Meghan. Firstly, she is an absolute ray of sunshine! Professional and obviously passionate about what she's doing, she makes it a very relaxed experience . Secondly, after the first session already seeing big patches of hair follicles completely gone. The most incredible pamper today for that pre holiday glow! I had a lash tint and brow wax followed by the dreamiest hot honey facial. My skin feels unbelievably soft, plump and wrinkle-free- I genuinely look and feel 10years younger! The facial massage was pure bliss and completely rejuvenated my tired skin.
