It was my first time getting waxed and Vee was so professional, kind and talked me through the process. She was happy to go at my pace and made me feel at ease. Neelam is absolutely fantastic — thorough, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the whole treatment. Had the most amazing facial with Faye, followed by an LED Light Therapy treatment and my skin has never felt better! The treatments Faye gives are second to none.
