Kelly is not only a great beautician, very professional, knowledgeable, expert at what she does. She assess me each time I have an appointment, even for my chin hairs, which with regular electroylis are getting less. She understands the effect of stress, anxiety on the body, skin & adjusts the treatment to prevent flare ups after treatments because of the reactive state of the body with anxiety, emotional situations. Including explaining how later we can treat my milleau (spelt wrong) once my stress levels are reduced to prevent reactive bruising to site. Excellent highly recommend Kelly
