From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, serene, and welcoming. Alison was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to explain every step of the process beforehand, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. Hygiene and client comfort were clearly top priorities. I highly recommend booking a treatment here and I will definitely be returning.
