Olha was very welcoming, professional and friendly. She made me feel welcome, had fantastic attention to detail, guided me through the entire process, and was very accommodating. We received the Balkan spa treatment today and it was amazing in every way possible! I left feeling so relaxed and with a sparkling clean scalp! The products used were such great quality and smelt fantastic! Highly recommend this treatment and I will be sure to book again in the future!
