Great. I normally go with Shanice and she had briefed Katie about how sensitive my skin is after a wax and what she does to help promote good care afterwards. It was really good to see how the team thinking at A La Mode gave me a great outcome.

I was looking for a hairdressers, as I have only recently moved to Colchester. I walked in on the off chance and I cannot say how pleased I did. Mary styled my hair exactly as I requested, and a few days later I went back for a perm not curly but for the body. I was extremely happy with the results, I will definitely recommend and will be going back.

I have had numerous treatments with Thalia including massage and waxing. I can only describe her as a top class therapist, it is clear that she has a lot of experience and her attention to detail is unmatched. Not only does she listen to me explaining my ailments, she often manages to identify the potential causes of them before she starts the treatment. I have had massages all over the world and Thalia is by far the most diligent and professional therapist I have met. I would 100% recommend her for any treatments. Her cabin is in a beautiful setting and is very easy to find,
