I had a wet cut booked for Thursday 11th May with Louise. Because of traffic and rain I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment. I was told it wasn’t a problem and offered a cup of tea straight away, which was very welcome! Louise did my hair as usual, she didn’t rush as I was late, and I was very pleased with it. I have been coming here for years. All the staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend giving this salon a try, if you haven’t already. Hazel

Gigi’s attention to detail is something I’ve never witnessed from a nail salon before. I was surprised by how much she prepped my nails before painting and designing them, but as she rightfully pointed out it is what should be done to ensure the longevity of the nail! I’ve been to “top rated” salons prior to Touch of Elegance and never received this level of service from any of them. Will happily come back as a customer. Thank you!!

Gigi is phenomenal! I’ve never seen my cuticles look this good—she’s incredibly detailed and precise. The shape she gave my nails is absolutely beautiful, with the most perfect rounded finish I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to a lot of salons!). Her BIAB application is flawless—honestly, I think she does the best BIAB in Colchester. Highly recommend!

I've been wanting to get my eyebrows 'done' for a few years now, but have never found a salon where I was impressed enough with their work to book. Gigi has been doing my nails for a few months now, and is brilliant, the best ever, professional and such a perfectionist. So, when she told me she also did Phi Brows, and I saw pics of her clients I was really impressed and booked in. I'm so glad I did! I'm so pleased with them, they look so natural. Gigi is an artist, she measures + photographs every angle, every hair stroke to ensure perfection. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed

The best permanent artist in city. For sure! After 1 year and 3 months i am so happy to return for the correction . The brows are absolutely amazing, so natural. The pigment and colours was choose specifically for my type of skin and this made my brows long lasting, beautiful colour, healing well and aslo faded like they need to be -very gently. Really recommend to everyone touch of elegance !!thank you
