The best wax I’ve ever gotten!!! She is highly educated, professional, and knowledgable. It’s very evident that she loves this industry. Barely felt any pain. Her studio is to die for; super comforting, and elegant,!! You can tell she put a lot of love into the design and decor; every element has a meaning. As a first-time wax client, it can be a very daunting experience undergoing a service which can make you feel very vulnerable. Sharmi was absolutely stellar! She is well-versed in all skin types which is evident by the kind manner in which she answers questions. Not only was she incredibly professional, she took the time before the appointment to explain the process step by step and afterwards she provided useful advice for effective maintenance. The atmosphere is conducive to the comfort of clients and Silk Wax Bar welcomes everyone. Signed a grateful returnee!

Had a great experience. The location is super convenient for me, since my regular waxer moved. So glad I found this place.. plus it’s clean, cute and welcoming! Highly recommend

This is the best waxing place in Ottawa! It was my first time for a Brazilian bikini wax, and the experience was exceptional, quick also. I will go back and recommend 100%.

Staff were amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone's was friendly, professional and quick! The vibes in the salon are very "Women's Power" vibe which was beautiful and welcoming. When getting the actual wax done, the waxer made sure I was well engaged in conversation to ignore the pain- (or in the case, lack there of!!!) this was my first treatment where it was completely painless. I have found my waxing place. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Thank you for the amazing work you did! See you in 4-6 weeks! ♥️
