Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

This is not my first time at Signature Spa. From my first experience I was hooked and will remain a regular customer. Went there for a Pedicure with gel nails and a Manicure. Since it was such an amazing experience - technically and personally - I go back for eyebrow tinting and waxing. That will be my top spot for future appointments.

Always have a great experience @waxology.bds. Usually get the basic hair removal service, however, this time I added a vajacial to the package and it was spectacular. Very relaxing and had the kitty extra smooth.

Had a great experience at the spa with Ashley. I booked a mud wrap, massage, and Bro-Zillian. The ambience of the spa is just what you would hope for if your goal is to relax and recoup. The treatments left my skin feeling so soft and the wax was relatively pain free. Go with the hard wax, I say. Ashley is very skillful and I would certainly recommend her.

This was my very first wax and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. She really took the time to make me feel comfortable, explained everything and made the process way easier and fun. I am so glad I found her and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

This wasn't my first time getting a Brazilian wax but I didn't get it done from island serenity,got it done somewhere else and I didn't had a great experience. But when I tell you Kim talk me through everything and it was quick. Kim and her assistant really made me feel comfortable. Great service and I will definitely be back. And will recommend anyone who is thinking about getting wax but not sure try island serenity you wouldn't be disappointed.
