I've been to other Salons in Launceston for Shellac nails and they lasted all of a day. Sophie did an amazing job and spent the time meticulously making them perfect! They lasted weeks with only 1 chip and I have a very manual hands on job. Super impressed. Even when removing the polish, Sophie took so much care to ensure my real nails were looking good. Thanks again girls.

Very happy with my first time ever having my nails done, Anita was more than happy to explain step by step the process as I have never done this before. I had a hair appointment (wash, foils, cut, dry) from Lilly and waxing from Sophie. I've seen Sophie and Erica before for waxing and they're super efficient and do a fantastic job. I hadn't had my hair done before and I'm so glad I did. Lily did such a beautiful job on my colour, and I'm super happy with it. It's so nice to go to a place where it's all of your beauty needs in one and they excel in all services! Thanks ladies.

Erica is seriously the best! My eyebrows have never looked this good. She has such an eye for detail and when I have to bring my 8-year-old daughter along, Erica is amazing with her too — super patient, and happy to answer all her (many!) waxing related questions. Couldn’t recommend her more!
