I've been to other Salons in Launceston for Shellac nails and they lasted all of a day. Sophie did an amazing job and spent the time meticulously making them perfect! They lasted weeks with only 1 chip and I have a very manual hands on job. Super impressed. Even when removing the polish, Sophie took so much care to ensure my real nails were looking good. Thanks again girls.

Very happy with my first time ever having my nails done, Anita was more than happy to explain step by step the process as I have never done this before. I had a hair appointment (wash, foils, cut, dry) from Lilly and waxing from Sophie. I've seen Sophie and Erica before for waxing and they're super efficient and do a fantastic job. I hadn't had my hair done before and I'm so glad I did. Lily did such a beautiful job on my colour, and I'm super happy with it. It's so nice to go to a place where it's all of your beauty needs in one and they excel in all services! Thanks ladies.

Professional as always. Couldn’t ask for a better job- lashes always last me till my next refill, lily is super kind and respectful- plus always has great music play. Would recommend to anyone who lives there hybrid lashes!!!

Eyebrows look amazing and service was great. Jannelle is very knowledgeable and discussed options for future appointments. Salon is new, fresh and beautiful. Highly recommend

Really lovely staff, good pricing, and very accommodating for someone who’s pregnant. I do think staff need to use extra light when waxing though because they missed a few patches on the past 2 visits now.

Adele is always incredibly professional and personable! During my time in the salon, I unfortunately experienced a migraine and her compassion and professionalism was much appreciated.
