Fantastic. One of the only Cold Plunge studios in Birmingham and I must say this is top of the line with quality Ice Bath Tub and modern looking interior. Service was good. Truly a good place to recover and disconnect from the daily grind. Highly recommended.

Charlie is always polite and welcoming. Puts you instantly at ease. He is good at listening to what issues you have gives a good massage. He then gives additional support and aftercare for you to use between massages.

Charlie is an exceptional massage therapist. He is thorough, and explains techniques he uses, and explains what he is doing, which is extremely useful. He also did an amazing job digging deeper into my issues, and explaining how I can better my health. I would definitely recommend anyone to book in with Charlie without any hesitation. I personally left feeling a different man!

Today as always I visited charlie today for a full body reset. I have to say he worked the whole body explaining every detail and techniques he was doing and the benefit that each part of the body and what that does for you. He also took a before and after photo and I seen the results and a vast improvement to my body posture which was amazing, the only thing to bare in mind its not going to completely fix you in one session you do have to keep on top of this and also use the exercises that he also sends to you to keep up with it. I do have to say though it was well worth it and I feel great.

As always charlie is a pleasure to see, so professional and always talks me through everything he is doing as I have quiet a few problems at the moment. He always passes on his knowledge and gives me exercises to go away with to help me. Next week its full body reset treatment. Many thanks for everything as always charlie.

Well what can I say, charlie was great as always. I can honestly say im feeling much better with all the issues I was having and they are so much better now with having someone so knowledgeable and experienced in what they are doing does really make the difference. Charlie brings a nice relaxing experience and always talks about what he is doing and the benefits it will do for you, he also has given me some stretching exercise to help going forward also which is very helpful. Again I followed my treatment with a fantastic hotstone massage amazing. Thanks charlie 😊

An amazing experience 👏👏👏 I have been visiting Jane at Therapy & Flow for several years . She just knows what your aching body needs . Her holistic approach is truly wonderful . I leave her , feeling human again . She allows me to work a very tiring and stressful job . Basically after every visit , my body is put back to factory settings , ready for an another episode of daily life . Would truly recommend her 🌸👍🏻
