Jordan’s been great. He really listens, checks in with me, and makes sure I fully understand both what he’s explaining and the rehab exercises he’s given me. He’s helped build my confidence around movement and supported me in working through the fear around my injury. I’ve already noticed an improvement in both my mobility and confidence. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a physio who’s not only knowledgeable but also genuinely supportive and reassuring.

A great visit to Injury Mechanics to get to the bottom of my ongoing mobility issues. After thinking gyming would fix some issues, others have started to appear due to poor posture and form. With Jordans knowledge of the several areas applicable, we have a plan to adapt my workouts to continue gaining strength whilst allowing problem areas to repair due to ongoing tendinopathy. I particularly like that my follow up appointment will include a session in their in-house gym to allow me to get focused advice on where I can improve. Reasonable pricing and very easy to book on. I’ve been suffering with back pain for a significant amount of time. Chris carried out an in depth assessment and for the first time in a long time I felt in alignment. I’ve just signed up for a full course. So hopefully teaching me how to work and carry myself properly. He certainly waved a magic wand!!!

Firstly, thank you to Chris for helping me understand my situation and explaining everything thoroughly whilst making sure I understood the issue. He talked me through every exercise and described why we were doing it and gave me some good advice and exercises to do in my own time to help. Chris made the experience comfortable and informative and I would highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Extremely knowledgeable and a master at his craft. Everything broken down and explained in simple terms as to why things are happening and corrective exercises explained and demonstrated. Walked in feeling broken and sorry for myself and walked out feeling fresh and with a plan in place to stay that way. Thanks

Couldn’t recommend Chris highly enough! Very comprehensive screening process and got to the root cause of my issues which wasn’t what I thought it was. Chris explained exactly how and why this was causing me issues and has given me treatment and also exercises to help in the future. Chris is extremely knowledgable and explains how your symptoms relate back to each muscle or structure in order to fix you! Also suggests exercises to prevent the body from slipping back into old habits! I cannot recommend Chris highly enough to correct your body positioning and getting your movement flowing again instead of experiencing any pain. Just book in to see him, to get yourself fixed! I've had 2 sessions, the first greatly reduced pain and enhanced movement. I slept so much better. The second advancing the first, walking taller, straighter, improvement all round with posture and again, reduced aches & pains. I would highly recommend Matt as he gives explanations and advice, with home exercises to assist with healing.

Only been the once so far, but very pleased with the analysis of my problems. Rather than look at my issues in isolation, Chris looked at my body mechanics as a whole system and tried to get to the root cause. Seems like a good approach to me. Looking forward to doing the exercises and hopefully getting some good results too.

Chris always gets to the root of the problem. His knowledge and understanding of how the body works is mind blowing.
