From Abbie’s introduction to the post treatment advice, the whole experience was professional, education Al and beneficial to my recovery. With completing several fitness sessions a week, this kind of sports treatments will be essential.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Abbie! At my very first physio appointment, I was a bit nervous, but Abbie instantly put me at ease from the moment I walked in. She took the time to thoroughly explain what was causing my pain and went over treatment options in a way that I could easily understand. Her calm, reassuring approach made all the difference, and I left feeling so much more confident about my recovery plan. I would highly recommend Abbie to anyone – she’s knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly exceptional at what she does.

I saw Abbie for the first time. She was incredibly friendly and professional and made me feel very comfortable straight away. Her questioning at the beginning of the session was very thorough and she made sure she got all the information she could before examining me. The examination was also very thorough which enabled her to find out the issue. She was incredibly knowledgable and I found the session very educational. I came away feeling better and got some very useful exercises to do to aid my recovery.

This time, Abbie concentrated on the outer soleus , ham strings, lumbers & shoulders. Brilliant recovery relief!

recently went to a new sports massage therapist and it was such a positive change. He immediately made me feel at ease and really helped me relax. What stood out was how much I learned during the session — he explained that I’ve been holding tension and using the wrong muscles instead of engaging my back properly. Even though he was younger than the therapists I’ve seen in the past, he was full of knowledge and shared insights I’d never been told before, despite years of going to others. Overall, it was a great experience, both for how I felt physically and for the valuable information I took
