This was my first session and I was very nervous beforehand because of how much pain I was in, but I felt at ease immediately. Chris has a very calm, reassuring and professional manner. I really appreciate the way he explained everything in terms I could relate to and understand. I am amazed at how much progress was made in just one session.

A very professional sports massage along with great background music. Politeness, smile and a great informal chat throughout. Walked away feeling great and free from tension. Will definitely book again!

Chris is great at explaining everything and made easier to understand with various diagrams and pictures. I been to see Chris twice now and can honestly say I can see and feel a difference.

This being my first visit I appreciated the extensive pre treatment discussions, Natalie asked great questions which helped us both understand my issues and how Natalie was going to approach the treatment I received. I felt so much better for the massage and I will certainly be going back in the future, thank you.

Chris was great , very informative with what he was doing in investigating why I am experiencing lower back pain, and how the body works, and devised excersises to work on to hopefully improve my back pain 😀

Just had a consultation and some manual therapy. I can't recommend Core 3 Wellness enough. I've been to so many physios, osteopaths, sports massage therapists etc and this is the first time someone has taken a holistic view of all the pain and issues to come up with a plan and to try and get to the root cause of the issues instead of treating isolated pain. Everything was explained really well and in lots of detail so I can understand what's going on. I feel an improvement after this first session so I'm really looking forward to what the next few months of regular sessions bring. Thank you!

Chris is amazing ,treating my whole body and the knock on affects of having an old ankle injury.. Felt very comfortable and confident with him immediately., his knowledge and skills are second to none .. Felt better after one session and my tilted pelvis showed huge improvement.
