The ladies at Revive are so welcoming and lovely. They give you a rob, gloves and shoes for the cryotherapy and I absolutely love it - it gives me the boost I need after a workout or just to get the blood pumping around the body better (I suffer from cold fingers and toes!). The water massage bed is fabulous too, a great warming recovery after the cryotherapy with added relaxing music and aromatherapy. The relaxation room afterwards with a cup of tea was the icing on the cake - I feel fabulous! Thank you.

Yvette was extremely professional and knowledgeable combined with the perfect amount of friendliness and warmth. This was my first experience of a deep tissue massage and she took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me exercises to follow up with after. Highly recommended.

I've just done a one month membership at Revive and I cannot rate them highly enough! The facilities are excellent, the environment is beautiful and the staff are all fantastic - it felt like my second home! The oxygen and cryotherapy in particular really sped up my recovery from Covid and my brain fog and breathlessness have gone! Thanks all and can't wait to come back soon x

Love this place so much, Angie and the team are lovely, and the hydrotherapy massage which I had on the deep massage setting was great, really relaxed muscles and felt lovely on my sore shoulders. Will definitely be back to do more here. Thank you!

First time meeting Yvette for a recent back issue and ongoing ankle pain. She was incredibly thorough and instantly put me at ease. As she went through her checks, she described what she was looking for and what she found, so I felt involved in the assessment rather than just being assessed. This was my first float experience. The staff were amazing, calm, informative and reassuring. The treatment is so divine, I really didn't think it was possible to float around for 45mins with a clear mind but its true!! I feel super relaxed. Would 100% do it again.

Yvette offers an excellent service. I've been coming to her for a number of years both for therapeutic and wellness treatments. I leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. She has a wide selection of appointment options and treatment. I've recommended her to a number of colleagues who have not been disappointed. 100% would recommend.

I found Yvette to be very thorough and highly experienced. She explained everything very clearly and gave me a set of exercises to target my problem areas. She then sent me these exercises electronically with simple illustrations. I thoroughly recommend Yvette as physiotherapist. She is also very friendly.

Yvette was very thorough in her assessment of my back and explained clearly what she thought the problem was. The massage treatment was excellent. At the end of the session I was given exercises to do at home. I also received a Link to a printable version of the exercises later in the day. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend Yvette.

Iman is such an expert in his field. Again he has managed to identify the root of my problems and fix the symptoms as well as coming up with a plan to fix the cause. Cannot recommend Alchemy Performance Care enough.
