My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough

Another outstanding aromatherapy massage from Kimberley. From the minute I arrive to the minute I leave she tailors the experience to me and what I need from the session. Claire is always attentive to my injuries and needs and will tailor the treatment accordingly on the day, depending on how I present when I arrive. Claire has a wonderful overall holistic view where she not only focuses on the physical but your overall well being, which we all need to be reminded of. I have known Claire for several years and she is the one person I continually return to for treatment.

Claire is a font of knowledge and an expert in her field. She will over and beyond to help and spends extra time giving you exercises and recommendations to support you between appointments. There is no hard sell or expectations to return but you will want to. I would highly recommend, she truely has 'A magic touch' and in my opinion the best in her field.
