Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

I have been receiving treatment from Cara as part of a marathon running plan after I had some minor issues. Cara has not only gave treatment to offer relief from soreness, at times she has given me some great advice and laid out exercises for me to incorporate in my strength training and they have fit in as part of my whole plan brilliantly and I've had really good results! I've needed lots of different support and advice throughout this process and Cara has been an important part of it from start to finish.

Cara had a look at a problem that I've had with my back for a while. She was very thorough in her assessment and identified the likely problem for me. She prescribed some rehab exercises and clearly demonstrated them to me. The massage gave me some relief straight away. I've already recommended her to my wife!

I’ve been seeing Craig for the last few months for a shoulder injury, and the improvement has been brilliant. Through a combination of band exercises, strength work and massage, my shoulder is almost back to normal. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and explains everything clearly. Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. This is definitely the go to place to visit for sports injury and treatment. Ive been several times after starting to play walking football. At first it was with niggling injuries and once with a knee injury. Cara has really got me back to fitness again with preventative excerises and massages and now with no niggling injuries. Even enabling me to climb The Old Man of Coniston with no injury issues after. Would 100% recommend!

A warm welcome awaited . The private clinic is a slice of heavenly peace ; gorgeous finishing touches in the room , and wonderful smells . Now for the treatment - OH MY GOODNESS : Andrea is really professional, the facial was tailor made - with incredible products that felt and smelt beautiful . I could feel the stress melt away as Andrea did a deep cleanse , before a deep massage - and then I was asleep . There was no rush to get changed as you are the only client in her private space . If you are in need of a bit of TLC ; I would absolutely recommend .

I cannot recommend Hakan enough. After struggling with a bad neck and back, Hakan was able to pin point the problem areas and through a combination of massage, acupuncture, cupping and reiki I left feeling so much lighter and all the tension had gone. He was so thorough in his assessment and treatment plan, personalised for my needs. Nothing was rushed and he gave me so much of his time to ensure my visit was a positive and relaxing experience. I cannot wait to return.
