I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

Sean always asks about your issues to facilitate his investigation. He provides accurate diagnosis and very effective treatment. He always explains what he is going to do and why, before he starts. He will always offer advice about your rehabilitation including things to do and things to avoid. He will never push for further visits if they aren't required. The surgery is always sanitised before and after every patient.

Done such a great job diagnosing and helping fix my injuries. The recommended stretches and strengthening exercises have been recusing my aches and pains week on week, along with the massages during the appointments.

Jay was great. He delivered an assessment and massage treatment driven by a meaningful understanding of the body. The massage itself was excellent - he didn't just 'ram an elbow in and hope for the best' (which happens more often than it should!). He knew how to find knots and trigger points and tight fascia and work them away. I came away feeling so good.

Lucy is a great physio. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was able to diagnose my injury. She recommended a good rehabilitation strategy and supporting stength / stretch plan to aid my recovery. I would definitely recommend her to friends and other runners.

I’ve been seeing Craig for the last few months for a shoulder injury, and the improvement has been brilliant. Through a combination of band exercises, strength work and massage, my shoulder is almost back to normal. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and explains everything clearly. Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

A warm welcome awaited . The private clinic is a slice of heavenly peace ; gorgeous finishing touches in the room , and wonderful smells . Now for the treatment - OH MY GOODNESS : Andrea is really professional, the facial was tailor made - with incredible products that felt and smelt beautiful . I could feel the stress melt away as Andrea did a deep cleanse , before a deep massage - and then I was asleep . There was no rush to get changed as you are the only client in her private space . If you are in need of a bit of TLC ; I would absolutely recommend .

I cannot recommend Hakan enough. After struggling with a bad neck and back, Hakan was able to pin point the problem areas and through a combination of massage, acupuncture, cupping and reiki I left feeling so much lighter and all the tension had gone. He was so thorough in his assessment and treatment plan, personalised for my needs. Nothing was rushed and he gave me so much of his time to ensure my visit was a positive and relaxing experience. I cannot wait to return.
