Had 3 sessions with gaz, just booked a forth with him, 1 hour sessions each and after every hour I'm seeing a difference in my knee. Even follow ups outside of sessions via whatsapp if im stuck with stretches etc. Really friendly and a pleasure to chat too during my sessions. Very professional and well worth the time and money. Would 100% recommend him for anyone who needs physiotherapy. Can't recommend him enough!

I had an amazing first session with Hannah. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and well cared for. Hannah took the time to ask about any areas of tension and managed to address all my problem areas. I left feeling refreshed, pain-free, and deeply relaxed. Great first experience of a sports massage, after years of having normal massages I think ill be sticking to sports massage, I came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Gareth was professional and put me at instant ease, would highly recommended and I will definitely book again.

I've used the Body Pains Therapy for a number of treatments and highly recommend.

I’ve been having occasional treatments at Body Pains Therapy for over a year now, and I highly recommend them. I’ve been dealing with disc bulges and needed professional help to manage the discomfort. The treatments have made a noticeable difference—I’m feeling much better and now only need infrequent sessions based on my activity levels and recovery program.

Shay has helped me through multiple injuries with assisted stretching, manipulation and massage and would highly recommend to anyone. I regularly go for treatment for maintenance which is needed with an active lifestyle and physically demanding job.

Really good sports massage, good atmosphere and would highly recommend for anyone needing it.

I’ve been going to Charlie for a while now (I have many issues!) and he makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to you which means he’s able to do and prescribe the right treatment. I have a mixture of sport therapy, stretches, exercises and mobility drills that he provides me with. I went to him Thursday with terrible back and hip pain which has stopped me from sleeping well for WEEKS! Since Thursday, I’ve had THE BEST nights sleep with NO PAIN at all!!! I could cry with relief! Long may this continue and thank you Charlie!

Brilliant, have been seeing Sherean for over a year now. I have maintainance visits to help with tight muscles in legs and back due to an ongoing health issue. Since having treatment my agility has increased, I feel so much better . Sherean is so friendly, positive and certainly knows her job. She is always happy to explain the treatment and give advice. Definitely recommend, I'm sure she can help you too.

Another great sports massage focusing on my legs, I suffer with poor circulation using the compression boots I noticed a difference with my legs pre and post massage I added the Biomechanical review, I really wanted to see where my pain comes from & how I move affects my body and my performance in the gym. I would highly recommend have great tips to take into my daily life and gym with the option of a session in the gym to really look into how I can move correctly or videos, due to my poor posture focus on my upper body and my legs for correct form to get even definition as 1 is more dominant

I have been working with Charlie for a few months now and he continues to educate me and surprise me with the level of depth for knowledge he has. Having discussed my goals he is adapting our training together to ensure maximum benefits, but also that I enjoy it. Charlie’s understanding of the body, through sports therapy and personal training gives perfect insights into the development, growth and recovery of the body.

Charlie helped with the rehab with my ankle previously, so when I had issues with my Neck / Trap muscle I contacted Charlie for help. I Went in with limited mobility and left with an improved range of motion and reduced pain. Charlie explained everything along the way and gave me a few sets of exercises to do at home to continue the rehab. Would recommend Charlie for any sports therapy
