Had 3 sessions with gaz, just booked a forth with him, 1 hour sessions each and after every hour I'm seeing a difference in my knee. Even follow ups outside of sessions via whatsapp if im stuck with stretches etc. Really friendly and a pleasure to chat too during my sessions. Very professional and well worth the time and money. Would 100% recommend him for anyone who needs physiotherapy. Can't recommend him enough!

Hannah’s always fantastic, don’t go anywhere else for my sports massages even having moved away from her base of Fareham to Petersfield. A 50 mile round trip will always be worth it!

My daughter was booked in for a treatment with Gareth and it was a great experience. He took the time to ask her where her pain was and any past injuries to ensure she got the best possible care. She felt relaxed in Gareth’s capable hands and kindness. We will be returning for follow up treatments and would highly recommend.

I've used the Body Pains Therapy for a number of treatments and highly recommend.

I’ve been having occasional treatments at Body Pains Therapy for over a year now, and I highly recommend them. I’ve been dealing with disc bulges and needed professional help to manage the discomfort. The treatments have made a noticeable difference—I’m feeling much better and now only need infrequent sessions based on my activity levels and recovery program.

I’ve been going to Charlie for a while now (I have many issues!) and he makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to you which means he’s able to do and prescribe the right treatment. I have a mixture of sport therapy, stretches, exercises and mobility drills that he provides me with. I went to him Thursday with terrible back and hip pain which has stopped me from sleeping well for WEEKS! Since Thursday, I’ve had THE BEST nights sleep with NO PAIN at all!!! I could cry with relief! Long may this continue and thank you Charlie!

I had my first sports massage with Hannah today, I've had a hump on my trap for literal years and no matter who I've been to or what I've tried I've never been able to shift it. After just one visit with Hannah I'm actually like a new woman, she listened to what was going on and saw what needed doing as soon as I came in. My shoulder has gone down a considerate amount and after another session I'm confident it will be dealt with which no one has ever been able to do. Fully recommend Hannah she was so welcoming and I felt at ease straight away, thank you for today 💖

Shay has helped me through multiple injuries with assisted stretching, manipulation and massage and would highly recommend to anyone. I regularly go for treatment for maintenance which is needed with an active lifestyle and physically demanding job.

I have been working with Charlie for a few months now and he continues to educate me and surprise me with the level of depth for knowledge he has. Having discussed my goals he is adapting our training together to ensure maximum benefits, but also that I enjoy it. Charlie’s understanding of the body, through sports therapy and personal training gives perfect insights into the development, growth and recovery of the body.

Charlie helped with the rehab with my ankle previously, so when I had issues with my Neck / Trap muscle I contacted Charlie for help. I Went in with limited mobility and left with an improved range of motion and reduced pain. Charlie explained everything along the way and gave me a few sets of exercises to do at home to continue the rehab. Would recommend Charlie for any sports therapy
