I had such an amazing experience with Carina. She is so intuitive! It was really relaxing and that was helped by Carina being just so lovely and easy to be around. I was able to feel the reiki as gentle bubbles - almost like the ones from a fizzy bath bomb. Such a wonderful experience and I can't wait for next time. Thank you so much ☺️🥰

Always feel absolutely amazing after a Zita massage. My body knows when it’s in need of a massage. I could feel the knots just melting away. The positive energy that I feel afterwards is so powerful. The energy work was so gentle but powerful at the same time. Colette is an excellent kinesiologist, she explains everything very well, which always puts me at ease. After a few sessions, I feel that it brings me total wellbeing, exploring emotional and physical issues and listening to my own body's needs. It's quite hard to explain the gentle technique & all the benefits, I would say go with an open mind and try it for yourself.
