Carmen is a wonderful therapist who takes her time to really get to know all about me and what I seek to get from her treatment and then adjusts accordingly to make the treatment bespoke. I try to boom in a treatment at least every 6 weeks as it helps me massively to unwind and rebalance.

My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough

My appointment was 2 weeks post op and was recommended by my surgeon as part of the recovery process. I'd never heard of MLD massages before, so I'm happy that I found Claire as she's been fantastic & very knowledgeable. I was still very sore & swollen when I first came to see her, but she managed to gently massage & drain alot of my fluids away during each session, with the added bonus of red light therapy to aid the healing. Claire always offered advice & provided helpful tips to aid my recovery & overall cosmetic results. I have just completed my final massage session & couldn't be happier!

Today’s Eco Chic Pedicure was so much more than the treatment itself - it’s ‘me time’; it’s ‘transportation to tranquility’. You will be engulfed by aromas to awaken the senses and will be welcomed by the foot soak like no other and then the pedicure itself whilst either laying down or propped up on a comfortable bed. Nature sounds or similar will be playing in the background. The therapist will give you undivided attention and well deserved pampering while you may choose to drift off…

I have been having massages with Dawn for a year now. The Bowen Therapy has been life changing for me and I go every week without fail. Dawn is welcoming and very professional. Claire is a very knowledgeable and experienced therapist. I previously received excellent massages from her, I am now having lymphatic treatments (in a hope to rebalance and reduce inflammation). I know I am in the best hands, and I look forward to receiving further treatments.

Claire’s treatments are always amazing, feels like I’m floating afterwards. She’s so knowledgeable too, would highly recommend.

I have not been able to be all well weeks!! After some intense bespoke bodywork I left skipping ! Not only has Claire release all the sticky fascia I came away with all the correct exercises to keep my legs and mobility working 😄😄
