Kate is fantastic. I have been going to her for years. It took me quite sometime to find the right massage therapist. She is very good at regulating pressure and working on problem areas without pain. She checks in to see if the pressure is ok and always asks what areas you would like her to focus on. This guuurl knows anatomy - went there with an incredibly sore and immobile shoulder after hurting it somehow…fixed in 2 sessions - that would have been too many visits to a dr and physio and she fixed it so I was no longer in pain 🫶🏾 she knows nerves and muscles well 🤎

This is my second time at Aroka Therapeutic Centre, and once again, they did not disappoint! The massage was absolutely amazing—truly one of the best I’ve had. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. While they may look like a small massage centre compared to others in the area, the quality of service here is far superior. I’ve been to many places that look fancy but end up being a letdown. Aroka, on the other hand, consistently delivers top-notch therapy. Definitely my go-to from now on!

As a first time user of this therapy I was a bit apprehensive. That feeling ended when I walked in and was greeted by Alicia. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. My experiences at Hyperbaric O2 have always been rejuvenating. Matt is very pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. He is always happy to answer any questions and fully explain the benefits of hyperbaric chamber therapy. I enjoy the treatments and feel refreshed after and find the benefits are amazing.
