Thankyou Anna for recommending my new supplements. How much better can you make me feel beautiful lady. Ultimate fibre, black oxygen, Jing, eucommia bark, lion's mane and schizandra. You stepped it up a notch and I finally in years am starting to have a normal bowell movement. I'm looking a million bucks as people have really noticed the change in me, even my doctor's have commented. I see a future and a light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend Wellness @ Wilston! My first time going Anna put me at ease. She has a wealth of knowledge and I found every visit I learnt something new in regards to health and wellness. It is a comfortable and private space and you will be put at ease straight away. :-)

Beautiful facility with beautiful staff. They really made me feel safe and calm and were very knowledgeable. It was my first colonic experience so I felt very anxious, but they talked me through the process and really helped calm my nerves. I felt comfortable in an otherwise discomforting experience (a colonic is a very strange feeling!). I HIGHLY recommend Wellness and Wilston and am really looking forward to continuing my journey back to full health with them

This was the first time I have had Cryotherapy and was amazing. Trusting in the service and how to package things up was easy as Anna and the team are passionate about what they do.

I thoroughly recommend booking in treatments at wellness@wilston. This was my first colonic therapy, cryotherapy and compression therapy and the experience was very invigorating and healing. I loved the infrared sauna too.

Just love Wellness @ Wilston. Organised a girls day out this time around. Cryotherapy, Colonics, Compression, Infrared sauna. Feeling fabulous!

I had my 2nd session of Colon Hydrotherapy today and I feel much better for it! The staff are very attentive and the premises are spotless. I've re-booked for my 3rd session - and I now have a good idea of what to expect!
