As a first time user of this therapy I was a bit apprehensive. That feeling ended when I walked in and was greeted by Alicia. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the whole process. As my journey continues, I am grateful for Sarah being a Nutritionist and Kinesiologist. It's a pity more people don't recognise the value of a holistic approach. It really is worth it, for the mind, the body and soul.
