A friendly service oriented team who are always around to help out when needed and share educational information about the facilities as required. In regards to the wet area services, the minerals in the pools add an extra component to other contrast pools around the Sunshine Coast. I’ve found that the mineral components boosts the beneficial aspects of contrast only sessions with added pain relief/relaxation. Thanks so much TLC ♥️

A very relaxing and beautiful treatment . My skin and hair feel amazing . I had the Japanese head spa and a facial and both treatments were amazing, highly recommend . Staff were all lovely .

Ahh-mazing!! First time experiencing a Japanese Head Spa and oh wow it was sooo good and relaxing! Daniela has the most perfect touch at the right times and the spa itself was next level pleasure lol. If you love a good head rub/massage/wash this is for you! I’ll be back.

Core revival is THE place to go for hot / cold therapy. Like a hug, it’s homely and embraces. Sauna, steam room and ice bath are great for recovery, reset and finding your zen 🫶🏼🧘🏽‍♀️

It was amazing! The facilities are lovely. Especially enjoyed the relaxation of the spa. Getting into the cold plunge pool was harder than I expected. But after being in once, then following it with 4 minutes in the hot plunge pool, it was easier each time. It felt so invigorating. I now feel very relaxed. Staff and people in the pools were friendly, and very reassuring. I will definitely recommend this experience to others.

I'm a beginner to hot/cold hydrotherapy experience. I'm not new to the concept and coupled with deep breathing have found it to have multiple benefits including mood, energy and feeling good. This venue has a relaxed vibe and when I book ahead enjoy the space with a handful of other people. Their instruction to shower off before using the spa/ plunge pools as part of hygiene standards is all part of enjoyment in the recovery process. I'm going to undertake a month challenge with an unlimited pass and plan to get the value of this by attending at least 2x wk. They offer this as a gift voucher

Fantastic place for wellness, staff are amazing! I usually do a sauna, recovery magnesium pools and spa. Tried the boots this time they were fantastic on my legs after a hard game of pickleball. Well done great place

Feel like a new person, magnesium healing, sauna be rid of my toxins, and powerful spa jets. What more could you want? Also ha lovely kind people, caring staff and is blissful and calming. Going to go back fortnightly and take my friends.
