This morning, I had an experience like no other. My experience started with a friendly greeting from the Customer Service staff member looking after the front desk. She patiently took me on a tour of the incredible facilities before answering my questions and leaving me to enjoy what I had just seen. I lay in a wonderful spa pool, vigorously messaged by well-placed jets, before making my way to sauna and then a steam room. After a warm shower with all amenities provided, I received a remarkable deep tissue message from Missy who has clearly perfected her craft, putting me at absolute ease.my

Hale Spa is class all the way. The pampering started with a nice warm welcome from the receptionist and a relax in the excellent sauna/spa pool area, followed by a truly wonderful massage by the lovely Hasina. It finished off with nice nibbles and some interesting cool health waters in the very pretty outside lounge pergola area. Everything, from the towels and robes to the building itself, was beautifully clean and luxurious. T'was a memorable experience!

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

The facilities was good, but unfortunately some of the the facilities weren’t working. The steam rooms and saunas weren’t working, and the water in the plunge pool was not very warm. The lounge water fountain wasn’t working and only drinks were for purchase, had to ask for a drink of water. The facilities are what separates Hale from the rest of the spas around town so it needs to work.

A relaxing spa experience from beginning to end. My skilled therapist Charis, provided a wonderful treatment and a lovely mini facial while I was cocooned, soaking up the lovely oils. After being pampered, the lounge was a lovely warm place to relax on a cold Canberra afternoon.

Joy was amazing! She had a great balance of working through my sore spots to providing a super relaxing massage too. Highly recommend massages by Joy! The atmosphere at Hale Spa was incredible. I could not be happier with the service and treatment that I received at Hale spa. Brooke explained what the Enzyme Reactivation Facial entailed and the facial was so relaxing, I felt like I could drift off. My skin felt so hydrated and I also learnt a lot about skincare.

Joy was amazing, I had the best experience, so relaxing. She was very respectful and gave the right pressure for the massage. The facial was so soothing that I drifted off. Lovely champagne at the end in the lounge with other ladies that were also glowing. I highly recommend Hale Spa and particularly Joy.

Big thanks to Pim for the great deep tissue massage. The cave pool is always a delight. And the lounge is a lovely spot to sit before and after treatments. I did spy hot tubs being installed in the courtyard and wondered if they will become a Hale Spa or Brassey Hotel addition…

This was a lovely experience. I think the best 'day spa' massage I've ever had. Cris actually worked into the muscles which was awesome. Marietta did an amazing facial and I love how intense it was, I could actually enjoy the process rather than typically nodding off to sleep which stresses me out. I will definitely be back!

Missy my therapist had such beautiful warm, calm energy. I had a deep tissue massage and she found and stretched out all the knots in my shoulders. Top class amenities and I believe Hale remains the most luxurious day spa in Canberra.

Joy's expertise and attention to detail made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. From start to finish, I felt completely pampered, and her skill in combining the treatments was outstanding. The ambiance of the spa added to the sense of calm and luxury. Amazing massage and Melbourne was very professional. I will definitely recommend this Day Spa.

My wife said she had a really nice time today. She has never been to a day spa and was greeted by lovely staff who were all about the customer. The 3hrs went very quickly and my wife says she enjoyed the royal treatment and the massage and the facial were her favourites.
