Amazing treatments, as always with Gemma. I tried the new microneedling treatment and it far exceeded my expectations. I’ve had this treatment with other salons which did not provide the same outcome. I woke up with what looked like new skin. It’s definitely a treatment I’ll continue to get as the results were excellent!

Pam is just amazing at what she does, I explained my issues and she worked her magic. She talks to you all the way through explaining what she's doing and why as well as making sure everything is ok. This is my 2nd time of seeing her and I can't wait for my next session in the very near future.

I recently visited Joanne at Springhill and had the most wonderful top-to-toe treatment. A facial followed by reflexology. From the moment I arrived, Joanne made me feel completely relaxed and welcomed. The facial was incredibly soothing and left my skin feeling refreshed, nourished, and cared for. Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I was so impressed with the results of the microblading and has such a good experience with it, I would highly recommend Hidden Gem if you're in the Chorley area. Brandon is the best MUA in Manchester honestly. He is SO skilled both when it comes to makeup and his people skill is also amazing he’s very nice and makes you feel at ease. He also has a great taste in music. He is a lovely genuine person and talented beyond belief. I would not go elsewhere now that I found him, he’s my saviour anytime there’s a beauty emergency, he comes to the rescue! I’m a fan, and you will be too. Go pay him a visit and you won’t regret it.

Lovely beautician and spotless salon.

Took both my twelve year old daughters to Jordon. Both daughters were wanting to start plucking their own eyebrows - didn’t want them to start the 90’s over plucking like myself!!! Their eyebrows look amazing - both girls soo happy. Jordon even offered a session to teach them how to apply their brow makeup as both over applying!!!! Thank you soo much and we’ll see you very soon 😄 😀😀
