I cannot recommend Alessandra highly enough! She did my daughter’s prom makeup and was incredible from start to finish. As someone who had never worn a full face of makeup before, my daughter was understandably nervous, but Alessandra immediately put her at ease. She took the time to discuss exactly what she wanted and checked in throughout to make sure she was happy with every step. The final look was stunning and enhanced her natural beauty perfectly. Thank you for being so talented, kind, and patient with an anxious teen—you made her day extra special!

Amazing treatments, as always with Gemma. I tried the new microneedling treatment and it far exceeded my expectations. I’ve had this treatment with other salons which did not provide the same outcome. I woke up with what looked like new skin. It’s definitely a treatment I’ll continue to get as the results were excellent!

I had a great experience getting microneedling. From start to finish, Fran was absolutely incredible. She took the time to explain the entire process at every single step, which completely put me at ease. Not only is she highly professional and polite, but she’s also so pleasant to talk to and made the whole session fly by. I’m already so happy with the service that I’ve already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend this salon!

Had a treatment with Fran, it was the Endolift, she explained every part of the process, very professional and caring nature, the process was absolutly fine , no pain or discomfort, great aftercare advice given with a follow up in a couple of months, I have had other treatments here and all have been professional , I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I was so impressed with the results of the microblading and has such a good experience with it, I would highly recommend Hidden Gem if you're in the Chorley area. Brandon is the best MUA in Manchester honestly. He is SO skilled both when it comes to makeup and his people skill is also amazing he’s very nice and makes you feel at ease. He also has a great taste in music. He is a lovely genuine person and talented beyond belief. I would not go elsewhere now that I found him, he’s my saviour anytime there’s a beauty emergency, he comes to the rescue! I’m a fan, and you will be too. Go pay him a visit and you won’t regret it.

Took both my twelve year old daughters to Jordon. Both daughters were wanting to start plucking their own eyebrows - didn’t want them to start the 90’s over plucking like myself!!! Their eyebrows look amazing - both girls soo happy. Jordon even offered a session to teach them how to apply their brow makeup as both over applying!!!! Thank you soo much and we’ll see you very soon 😄 😀😀
