Bri puts so much attention into everything she does. My nails are always so perfect. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and I’ve never had my natural nails look the way they do now! Amazing !! Bri is such a sweet kind soul. Her work is amazing , I love how welcoming she is , how cozy her place feels while getting my nails done. KuoQi Nails is by far favorite nail salon, and I've been to a lot! The atmosphere is very relaxing and it's the cleanest nail salon I've ever gone to. The nail technician's really take their time to care for your nails. Most nail salons I've been to butcher my cuticles and care only about how the colour looks and not about the health of your nails. KuoQi is different as I've never had any redness or flaking of skin from improper cutting of my cuticles (they only remove dead skin around the nails and dont actually remove all your cuticles). No matter what I get done my nails always look great!

My experience at this salon has been so amazing. I've been on the hunt since September 2025 for a good nail place, and I tried out this place for the first time last month. I had the most amazing tech and most amazing time. Decided to go back this month.... Had a little bit of an issue take place during the experience, but the staff was so accommodating and supportive. They immediately picked up on my dissatisfaction and did everything to offer support. They worked as a team to collaborate and offer the most incredible service that they could. Come to Lavello, they will not let you down!

This is my go-to place for lashes and nails 🤍 The staff here always go above and beyond, the ambiance is fantastic, and the service is consistently 10/10. I was a little nervous about getting lash extensions at first, but Linda really took her time assessing what would suit my Asian eyes without making them look too heavy. I absolutely loved the results — they turned out exactly how I hoped. For the nails, no matter who’s doing it, It’s been consistently pretty! Can’t wait to be back soon!

BEST. PEDICURE. EVER! I got the 'Luxury Volcanic Pedicure' and it was the epitome of luxury! Fresh oranges in the foot spa and they must have used 7 different scrubs, oils and lotions, finished off with steam and paraffin wax! Tina did a fabulous job, she had great attention to detail. My feet and legs have never looked or felt so good! Would highly recommend! Thank you for the amazing and friendly service!

first time for a manicure at Classic. usually come in for a blo. usually get my mani pedi on bloor. this was exceptional. Marta did mine. she used a different approach to clean skin. v effective. v clean look. thorough. nails v smooth and great edges. a big step above what the other nail salons provide. a v clean place. i think this will be my new go to place for nails!

The place is clean. Linda is very welcoming and tedious on doing my nails. She is making sure all are properly done. I love her honesty and making sure that client knows what she is paying by emphasizing the cost for each service. I will surely be back and this will be my nail maintenance place.

Liuda provided excellent service! She was kind and knowledgeable! I received a pedicure. She did a fantastic job! Better than any place I have been to. It was unrushed and I was impressed with the quality of her service. I came with 2 damaged toe nails. She cared enough to protect the health of them so instead of painting it she recommended me to someone else who specializes in this area in their studio. This shows integrity as any other place would just go ahead and paint my nails for the extra money. I’m happy with how she cleaned filed and shaped them! Thank you Liuda!

Bri’s care and attention to detail is amazing! I had some damage on my nails from a previous gel manicure that I removed. She built gel tips for me that honestly feel like my natural nails. They’re so thin and natural feeling, I love it! I can’t wait for my next set!
