I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! She is a professional who provides quality massages and facials in a beautiful ambient environment. I feel instantly calm in her serene space when I get a massage with Brooke! Always makes me comfortable and frequently checks in on me to ensure I’m ok. I love her vibe and I won’t go anywhere else! The best massage I've ever had! I've been going to bamboo spas and it's my first time trying out botany branch, and i would say out of all their branches in auckland this is by far the best! Their staff are all nice and friendly, cleanliness is immaculate, it smells so clean and nice inside the spa. No lingering oil smell, the massage was so good, Jen was very attentive and pays attention to details. She made sure i was comfortable all through out, plus the pressure was very good, it was so relaxing. I would gladly visit them again!

Jenelyn is the best in Auckland! I love deep tissue massage, and she was absolutely amazing. Unlike other therapists who just focus on the back, she gave equal attention to my whole body. I felt so much lighter in my lower body after the massage—like my circulation and lymphatic flow had really improved. Thanks!

The welcoming and awesome staff made us feel so relaxed. The massage was really good even at medium pressure and they even gave us a Valentine’s gift afterwards. The place is clean and relaxing.

Such a relaxing Swedish massage. The atmosphere was peaceful, and calming. The massage helped ease my muscle tension and I felt refreshed afterwards. I would definitely come back again. 100% would definitely recommend always love the aura and energy that’s there when I go🥰

Exceptional, from the moment my wife step foot in her home her aura was amazing. The massage details my wife gave me her words “she found herself a new massage therapist” thank you so much for sharing your love of work with my wife. She’s relaxed and happy. My first time here and definitely won’t be my last! Had a 30 minute therapeutic massage by Vhenzu and she was amazing!!!! Most relaxed I’ve ever felt, Wish I did 1 hour. Came to my appointment with a bad headache and left with none. Amazing customer service, can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!!

"Highly recommend Simbal she worked out all the knots in my neck and shoulders. I had severe pain, but after the massage, I felt like a new person. Really helped me relax and relieved the tension. Would definitely go back!

Of all the massage places i've been, my first time to feel so relax with good pressure massage pregnancy, Thank you to the lady, i forgot to ask her name. Her massage pressure was amazing that i feel asleep, and her kind, accomodating, excellent service as well. Highly reccomended this place. Will go back again.
