Highly recommend. I had a great experience with my sports massage from Erik. As a woman, I felt completely comfortable and respected throughout. Erik was professional, checked in on pressure, and helped release a lot of tension as well as suggested at home exercises to improve problematic areas. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and would definitely recommend.

Having a combination of a head, body and face massage with Irina was just the most ideal reset and like no massage I’ve had before. I felt both energised and relaxed, and like time had stood still! Irina is so knowledgeable about the styles she uses and I felt safe, nourished and entirely at ease. Irina's healing hands are an absolute joy. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very clearly before we got started. The head and face massage were so calming I was instantly relaxed. After the full body massage I left on a cloud smelling of beautiful oils. The next day really surprised me as it felt like a cloud had been lifted from my head and I have been able to articulate my thoughts more clearly since. I would highly recommend her talents to anyone. I am extremely grateful for the experience.

I have a rare spinal disorder and Erik has really taken the time to understand the challenges associated with it, and also how best to adapt the massage for my particular limitations. I have been sufferering with a very stiff neck and shoulders and a trapped nerve, and I feel significant relief after my massage…which is incredible after days of pain. Thank you Erik!!

Elliot quickly diagnosed my problem and gave me exercises to do that have alleviated almost all of my pain. He explained everything to me in detail, down to the videos that he sent me so that I can remind myself how the exercises are to be properly completed. I highly recommend Elliot.

It’s not a quick fix getting back on the road to recovery .Sometimes you don’t think you are improving. Until you see the film clips . Elliott makes sure you do your rehab correctly .
