Just had a fantastic sports massage—felt the difference right away. Ben hit all the right spots, and used perfect pressure. My shoulders and legs were super tight going in, but I left feeling loose, relaxed, and way more mobile. It was deep, effective, and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Had a festive massage with Lisa. I chose the package treatment ‘Christmas Aromas-Christmas Slumber’ (sleep inspired). I immediately felt relaxed and content, I made myself a nice warm lovely hot chocolate and wore my cosy Christmas jumper to get in the spirit a little. I received a sample jar of herbs and spice, it was a beautiful evening and perfect gift in time for the holidays which I’ve had many other treatments in the past that include Reiki with Crystals, Indian Head, Reflexology and Hot Stone. This has got to be my favourite up to date, I actually felt completely at peace 😍🎄❄️✨

Fantastic I first attended an appointment March 24 and Ben did some tests and exam on me and he said he wouldn’t do anything until I’d have seen a GP. I went and after a year of treatment I was finally able to attend the massage I’d originally went for. Ben has been amazing and so easy to talk too we’ve had a great conversation during treatment and I felt so relaxed. Thank you Ben I wish you well in the future keep being you. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend you.

Myself and my partner had our second sports massage with Ben and instantly felt the benefits! Ben’s knowledge in the industry is valuable as he knows exactly which areas to target and how to do so safely. Ben’s also makes the sessions relaxed and comfortable and is always happy to answer any questions. We would highly recommend to anyone!

Hands down have to commend Lisa for what she does.She’s remarkable at relaxing & channeling her clients.I had my first Reiki massage & this involved crystals being placed all over me. To begin with, I was very wary of the whole process.I never did something like this before so I was all very new to it.I didn’t know what to expect I had to do some research beforehand however, half way through I was flourished and by time I felt the surface & wave connect, she went around every body part erasing the negative energy.I worked on inner focus, breathing & circulation (regulate recharge).10/10 wow✨🪐🔮

Great experience with Sophie I’ve now had two lymphatic massages which have helped me with water retention and bloating. My third session I’ve had a deep back massage and accupunture which was a very relaxing experience. I walk out feeling brand new every time!
